+ Is this pre-recorded or live?

This is a pre-recorded, self led 7 week journey with access to a private community of people who have been through, or are going through this healing process, including myself! I am always in the group available to answer questions and give guidance where needed. It is also life time access.

+ Is Ancestral Healing about communicating with spirits?

No! It is about connecting with the energy imprints in your field that were created by the traumas and pains your Ancestors lived through. You will discover how the limiting patterns you can identify in your current reality we’re in fact created in a different timeline and have been carried through to your DNA epigenetically. You will then be guided to powerfully heal this energy and release it from your energy field, allowing you to start creating new, more expansive patterns.

+ Will I experience and feel the trauma and pain my Ancestors felt?

This works differently for everyone but my method of healing and releasing isn’t about you living through what they lived through, it’s about being shown what created the trauma imprint and what created the limiting belief in a detached way, however emotion can be involved. You may feel some emotion, and the feeling of emotion is in fact highly healing but you will not re-live the trauma.

+ Is this a luxury type of healing experience, or something for people who are at a certain level on their healing journey?

No! I believe this is a core foundational practice to help release difficult to move through patterns that repeatedly show up. It is for those of you who feel a calling to the words I speak when I speak to Ancestral Healing. It’s for those of you who understand the power of healing across different timelines.
